Lean On Me with Linda
I've been studying religion, mindfulness, healing, body/vocal expression and meditation for 40 years. All of these practices have culminated into what I use today to fully live my own breathtaking life. In my experience over the last couple of decades so much disease starts with emotions or trauma of some kind that we didn't or couldn't process. It then shows up in our energy field and then in our bodies. But we can change that.
I created LeanOnMeWithLinda with tools I have come to use for myself to transcend beyond struggling and suffering. The tools are Non-denominational and I will never ask you to do anything you feel is against any religious beliefs you may have. I am committed to serving you with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and will do everything I can to meet your expectations. With a variety of offerings, and the utmost level of confidentiality I am certain you will be happy with your results.
Look around the website and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact me. I hope to see you again!
Certified Spiritual Counselor
Conscious Joy Instructor
Linda assists clients to release their grievances and other blocks to love so that they can rediscover their magnificent joy.
In taking care of her husband and mother with chronic illnesses for many years she discovered that sharing the same depth of love and compassion for herself first was the greatest gift she could share with them.
Linda has always been the person others would confide in and turn to for advice. She finally decided to make it official and began counseling and running workshops on self love and forgiveness in 2014.
Linda has drawn from her decades of religious and spiritual studies, work with music and movement therapy and 8 years of managing a holistic health clinic to create an individual technique for each of her clients.
Linda learned transcendental meditation in the late 1970s, received a certificate of completion in Polarity Balancing with Maruti Seidman, completed a week long intensive with Movement Artist and Embodiment Guide Christine Serfozo and most recently completed the Spiritual Counseling Certification Program through Reverand Jennifer Hadley's Power of Love Ministry.
She has done several workshops:
• Self-Love and Sharing the Love
• Start Your Year with a Clean Slate
• Finding Freedom Through Forgiveness
• Restoring Your Flow
• The Sun is Always Shining (change your thoughts change your life)
• Radical Joy
Linda also hosts a weekly online A Course In Miracles study group.
Linda says, " I have found so much treasure when I'm willing to take risks. I desire to live the ACIM quote, "Seek not to change the world, but choose to change your mind about the world." I believe you can live the life you desire even if you do not."
What does that mean?
What does that mean?
The meaning of symbol above: The symbol above (top left) is a combination of the Hindu symbol for OM & a representation of the Hindu deity Ganesh, who is known as the "remover of obstacles".
What is the meaning of OM? For starters, it's all about sacred threes. Most faiths have trinities in their roots such as Father, Son and Holy Spirit in Christianity, and Hinduism, where om was born, is no different. Even though it's usually pronounced seamlessly so it rhymes with "home". OM is made up of three syllables: A, U, and M, or, phonetically, "aaah," "oooh," and "mmm." Experts say these syllables can represent a slew of trios, including: the heavens, earth, and growth or change; or the waking, dreaming, and dreamless states -- "to represent all of consciousness," says Yoganand.
